Bill Livingston has been recognized as Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star, an honor reserved for the top 2.5 percent of attorneys under the age of forty. Livingston joined Berkman, Gordon, Murray & DeVan after graduating magna cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, he served as the Executive Research Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. He has a broad array of experience in criminal and civil matters at both the trial and appellate levels. He has represented defendants charged with serious crimes in federal, state, local, and juvenile courts across Ohio and has fought for clients seeking post-conviction relief. In addition to his criminal law practice, he has represented clients seeking redress for the violation of their constitutional and civil rights, as well as those who have been injured as a result of medical malpractice or negligence. Livingston has also represented students in Title IX and other investigatory proceedings at colleges and universities.
