William C. Livingston

Bill Livingston has been repeatedly recognized as Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star, an honor reserved for the top 2.5 percent of attorneys under the age of forty.

Livingston has represented clients charged with serious offenses, from homicide to white collar crimes, and has fought for people seeking post-conviction relief. He has also represented students in Title IX and other investigatory proceedings at colleges and universities.

In addition, he represents clients seeking redress for the violation of their civil rights and those who have been injured as a result of medical malpractice or negligence. His substantial First Amendment practice has taken him to courts across the country, where he tirelessly defends his clients’ constitutional right to freedom of speech and expression.

Livingston also maintains a rigorous appellate practice. He has briefed and argued numerous appeals in state and federal courts and is a member of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeal's Criminal Justice Act Panel.
