 Lorrie Baumgardner is the recipient of an AV rating (the highest level of professional excellence) from Martindale-Hubbell based on reviews from her fellow attorneys and was selected for inclusion The Best Lawyers in America in the category of Civil Rights. In addition to her broad experience in a variety of First Amendment and other constitutional law cases, Baumgardner has been involved in successfully litigating a number of civil rights, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, product liability and personal injury suits, including cases involving strangulation from bed rail entrapment. Baumgardner’s work is a testament to the firm's tradition of creativity, meticulous research, and commitment to excellence. Her advocacy has resulted in a number of significant decisions in state and federal courts that have helped shape constitutional law.
